I washed a knit sweater it came out mangled. They offered no help bc it was washed had no tags and I said I didn’t get my receipt back with the exchange I did the day before. He told me he gave it back I said no you didn’t he said he did. I had no reason to lie about the receipt ignorant man will never shop there again!!
