If I could give this location half of a star I would. The manager she’s a Guyanese lady with short black hair she was absolutely disgusting. My mother and I was at cash we ended up spending $170 during their sale even, and the manager she’s complaining how we’re taking too long at the registers and we’re holding up her line, when it’s her job to make sure she has a backup cashier. The lady kissed her teeth at me and rolled her eyes.... For people who are spending large amounts at your store helping with your Sales for the day she has a bad issue. I hope this location closes down because she’s been rude to everyone for years.

So I went in to ask for an exchange and when I spoke to the manager she called another associate and told her see what this women wants because she's barking and at that point everyone in the store including the associates were shocked with her attitude and respond.This is my first time ever seeing a manager this rude and disrespectful. I'm shocked that she is a manager as she doesn't deserve this role.Plus she shouts at all the customers .There's even customer that left their purchases and left the store.Very bad experience with La vie en Rose and although I shop there a lot, after this experience I'm never shopping there again.
