I went to the store today ready to spend $500 for my wife's birthday. When I spent $751.45 there on December 23, 2021, they wrote a $35 credit on the receipt. As I had lost the receipt, I showed them the $751.45 charge on my Visa statement. They rather gruffly told me that wasn't good enough. So, they lose a $500 sale and a customer for a lousy $35.
