No one has been answering between 4:55pm to 5:55pm. When it rang 5 times it then hung up. Is anyone working at the Eglinton Square location. No one picks up in the other departments either throughout that one hour period I was trying to call???

I called customer’s service to ask a question about a order that I was to pick up from the store. I got someone in the Philippines. I was not able to understand what the person was saying, the connection was very poor, it kept cutting out, and after being on line for about 10 minutes at least, where I was put on hold twice, i was given a wrong information telling me that the item has already been picked up! I know it hasn’t been picked up because I was called a couple of days ago that the item is ready for pick up. All I needed to know was if I could come now to pick up the item or was the store closed at the time I called. Why do we have to have incompetent people dealing with customer service all the way in the Philippine????

Regrettably the ladies changing rooms in this store are deplorable dirty and no chairs and at the least need a total renovation Not at all the standard. I expect from The Bay.
