Purchased a queen comforter and told I would have 10 days in order to exchange item. We opened package and decided we did not want it. When we arrived at the Eglinton Square store we were told that because the package had been opened we could NOT EXCHANGE the comforter. It was never mentioned to us that we could not open the package in order to exchange it? The clerk was very deceitful and I would never do business with the store ever! AVOID!!!!!
