I was in there to add money to my grandson chatr account. By the way it's his birthday today. One service representative in store doing nothing. I asked him if I could add $40.00 to this account. He told me in a rude voice this isn't my job. I have done this for months and this is where I bought the plan. It took him ten seconds to add the funds. I recommend not using this store.
