Was given a 9.00 am appointment no one showed up to take me in. The receptionist disappeared and I was there on time - December 9. Was told to sit and wait. I did and waited until 9.30 and still no body showed up. The receptionist also disappeared from her desk. No one came to apologise for the delay or to tell me why the delay or how much further I had to wait.. Finally I got tired and had other commitments, so I left. So much for the service.
