I took my iPad to have its broken glass replaced. The deal was that they will look into see what's needed to be fixed and then let me know. Although I knew it was just a broker glass that needed to be replaced but they told me it could be the touchpad as well. The ipad was suppose to be ready next day. It actually took a few days and apparently they had to send it to another place. So when finally it was fixed I was told that they had to replace glass and touchpad. I told them that the deal was you let me know what needed to be fixed and how much it will cost me but they didn't. I wasn't planning to spend over $100.00. Long story short I paid $120 for the repairs. The glass broke after a few days. It wasn't even dropped or anything. When I consulted another repair shop they told me that there are after market glasses that are made of just regular fragile glass. So I guess I leaned my lesson. Hopefully others avoid this place.
