I wanted to exchange my child's never worn shoes for a larger size. I was appalled when they refused stating that the shoes were too worn!! My son had only tried them in the store and again for fit at home. There were no wear on the shoes!!!! Now I have to buy a second pair of shoes for my child!!!! Never shopping at Soft Moc again!!!!!
