During Covid we can't leave the house due to stay at home order. Also, I can't get to the store even for curbside pickup as I live pretty far from the store. So I called Michael Hill Dufferin location to ask about a bridal set. The assistant manager Zahra was so helpful providing all the info I needed. I even asked her to take a photo of the bridal set on her finger to send me so I can see what the set actually look like on a real hand. Zahra sent me a couple of photos and they were so beautiful. This really helped my decision to purchase the bridal set and Zahra even offered to ship to my home address at no charge since I was not able to even do curbside pickup. I had such a wonderful and amazing experience thanks to Zahra. She was super friendly, helpful and really quick in responding. Thank you so much and I'll definitely highly recommend Michael Hill Dufferin location to friends and family. Awesome service!!!
