I've been shopping for backpacks here twice, the first was pleasant and the second was okay but it could have been better. The first time I went shopping over at Desire, the owner of the store was very attentive and gave us good advice on what bags are good for what we needed. That day I left feeling happy with the purchase. The next time I go into the store six months later, the same sales lady was very rude and ignored us to chat with her coworker in Vietnamese, even though we needed help. We were trying to get the two ladies attention multiple different times. When we finally got their attention, they seemed ticked off at us. The bag I wanted was at the top hook and I was indecisive on what bag to get so I also asked for an other bag to be brought down. As she got the bags down, the owner looked mad. We started to apologize for the hassle. While we decided on what bag to get, the two ladies sat at their cash register chitchatting away. When I finally knew which bag I wanted, we went to pay for it. As we finished paying for the item, one of the ladies seemed to say something about us as if we were pieces of trash. The other lady looked at us while responding to her coworker and made a rude arm movement as if to say " go away already!". We walked away feeling very disappointed with our trip to Desire.
