I bought an iPhone 11 transparent case, which had scratches before I bought it. The sells person said, that was the only one left (Which was a lie that I learned when I went to return). When I bought the case, my phone was not on me so, I never got to use the cover because my phone was sent to Apple service centre to check. The day I went to apple to pick up my phone I carried that case on me and tried on the phone and I could not put the case on since it was very hard case. So, I directly went to Dufferin Mall from apple store Eaton Centre to retune the case and find something suitable for my phone. They said they cannot take it back, because it has scratches, and they said I am lying. I used it then returning. They never said that it was the last one left. They have plenty. Three salesmen ganged up and rejected the refund. I told them I can show them the proof that I just pick up my phone from apple store. One of them said, they can make a fake Apple receipt and show it to me. They were unbelievably rude. Felt like they are very expert about harassing the customers. I really did not have energy to keep arguing with them, so I left their faulty phone case on the counter (Which I paid for) and left the store without the refund. They must have been very happy to make money twice on same phone case.
