I was looking for a particular backpack before leaving on a trip. I checked online, had the SKU and the website indicated the store had 6 in stock. I called to confirm that they had it and could hold it for me until I could come in the same day. The staff took the info and my number, never called me back. I left a message, again, no reply. I called the store the next day and she left me on hold for 10 minutes while I could hear her casually talking to customers. When she got on the line she didn't check - just flatly said that they had none. I called the Eaton Centre instead and got excellent service.
