When first purchased about a year ago, I had to return my husband's glasses because they neglected to put the glare protection on them. When Hadia was attempting to fit my glasses, she had a lot of difficulty. They would be slightly crooked and when she went to correct them, she would somehow miscorrect them in the opposite direction, making them more crooked. Eventually she got them straight but I had to go back. She had made them so tight that they left red marks behind my ears and were painful. Recently the bridge of my glasses broke. As I was cleaning them, they fell apart in my hands. I've attached photos. They are Burberry. I asked how such expensive glasses could be so poorly made. The bridge is plastic, made to look like chrome. There are tiny screw holes with a miniscule amount of plastic remaining. This poor design is obviously destin to break. According to Hadia, I was just paying for the name. I asked if they could order a replacement bridge but Hadia claimed that entirely new frames had to be ordered. I'm still waiting because apparently, it takes a long time to get them from Italy and they are on back order. It has been over a month. Hadia refused to give me any contact information of her supplier. Hadia also refused to give me the names of the manager or owner of Visions. She said she couldn't. Then she told me to sit down and wait while she ate lunch and then she would tell me their names. I demanded to be told immediately. Finally she gave me a first name of a manager. I had to then demand the last name. In response to my complaint that she knowingly sold me bad quality glasses and now takes no responsibility, Hadia told me that those were the ones that I wanted. She told me repeatedly that she has nothing to do with the quality of the product or the lack of service. She has lied to me again and again. Her attitude is dismissive. She shrugs off any responsibility. I don't believe that she has even bothered to order my replacement frames that are supposedly on back order.
