I was totally misled when I purchased a pair of shoes that were supposed to be leather and wide fitting. I didn't have a good feeling in my gut so as soon as I got out of the store I opened the box to find they were standard fit and man made materials. I returned to the store and they refused a refund. The shoes were in my possession for approximately three minutes.

I bought six pair of shoes at this store this summer. Good quality for the money, the experience was A plus. The services was something I haven't experienced since the early sixties. I have a very narrow heel and find that there are no shoe stores that carry any size 6/6.5 shoe that fits my foot. Even very expensive ones. So here's hoping they will carry winter shoes/boots that will fit me.
