Had an appointment booked through the website with a confirmation email sent at 4am the day of.. Showed up to the office they were closed. Called customer service, first person was nice. After that all interactions with HR block staff have been horrible. I feel like I have to jump through hoops just to get this sorted out with customer service which I have given up on and am leaving a review instead. Thanks for nothing
