I don't know who that bitter woman is that wrote the negative review - but she obviously is not a regular customer!! The Cloverdale store is one of the busiest and friendliest stores, and the store Manager and all employees have always been very, very friendly and helpful! Been going there for 30 years or more .... my favorite store in the Mall, and I wish to continue to do so. Unfortunately they are in Receivership, but look forward to the time left to shop there! Keep up the good work ladies!

Today I was kicked out of the store because the older manager disliked when I took her to task for talking badly about a customer. She asked a co-worker to change places with her and continue to serve a customer who was driving her crazy. When I pointed out she should not talk about us in this manner and within earshot of the customer, she went off on me and threatened to call security. She asked me to leave and locked the door behind me. What a disgusting woman. She may have ten years under her belt working for the company and be angry over receiving her termination notice in the face of the company's bankrupcy, but up and until she actually leaves , she represents the company and all customers deserve respect. I am furious. making waves.
