Since the ownership change some time ago, the service at this store has been deteriorating. The young couple, supposedly the owners, are not friendly towards their customers - no smiles, no greetings, never giving a helping hand. Even for waybills, you have to put them on packages by yourself. It's pretty much a self-served service over there. In general, it's absolutely not a good service.
