Went to Virgin Mobile kiosk on November 28th, 2021 to get their Black Friday promotion. Our consultant was Britney. She was absolutely wonderful! Their internal system was offline but Britney was friendly, professional, and persistent with customer service to make sure our sign up/sim transfer went as smoothly as possible. She would not take no for an answer from customer service. Her genuine interest in helping you makes you feel like a VIP.
