I ordered a blanket in blue and grey. Paid for in full as requested. They called to say that my blanket was in. I went to pick it up and it was brown not blue and grey. She said oh well, I can’t get the colour you want. Just take this. I said no , it’s not what I ordered. She even took a picture of the blanket I had bought for the special order. I needed two of the same. So I asked for my money back. She said no, we don’t give refunds?! I was upset because if you can’t full fill the order give the money back. So she finally agreed to give the money back but I had to go home to get the bill. I returned to the store with my bill and she told me that I already got my money back! I was in total shock! I did not receive my money back or receive a blanket. I have bought drapes in the past, I am a good customer. I was so angry with this woman. She is a liar. Ripping customers off is not cool. Do not pay for a special order in this store. You do not deserve any stars , zero. Terrible person! Shame on you.
