I never was asked about my withdrawals from my accounts, very pleasant, friendly people works at the bank at Cedarbrae Mall.

You can't reach anyone in the branch as you keep getting voicemail or have to wait 20 minutes. When you apply for a loan you fill it all out and you do not get an answer in 5 minutes, you have to go into the branch and do it all again, plus, nobody contacts you about it.

The branch teller in this bank treated me like a thief when I tried to withdraw cash from account. Never in my life I was questioned like that to prove my identity. And to think other Scotiabank gave me what I need without hassle, this just proved this branch shouldn’t be graded at all.
