I had a really bad experience at this location, my neighbour whose can’t drive came with me to shop and there was a sale of oil and there is a limit of 4. We had 8, 4 for my neighbour and 4 for me, we lined up for the long line up using one cart and the sales clerk has to asked one of us to transfer to the other cashier due to the limit that it shouldn’t be charge in one cash register. My poor neighbour has to carry the 4 heavy oil plus some of the dif kinds of groceries she picked and has to line up again in another cashier. I just asked the cashier to why can’t she charge it it’s a dif. family and address but she just gave us a grin in her face just like I can do what I want You have to follow, so I have to asked to speak to the manager and all the manager said is the sales clerk is just doing his job and he said that family comes when there is a sales parents and kids will get each limit but I said we are from dif household so it seems like the manager is trying to encourage us instead to do what the clerk wants to do to bring the whole family and go to different sales clerk. He is trying to teach us how we customer cheat at the same time he just want that clerk know that he is covering her ass. Should I go to cp24 ?
