I have a very pleasant experience in this branch, been to 2 other branches but didnt get the service i need. Since i cannot name her, her name starts with M. She is very pleasant, patient accommodating especially to seniors like me. She transfers all stuff from old to new phone & teaching features of new phone. Thank you for the wholesome service.

The store policy changes every time you go in and the agents there couldn’t give 2 fks if you don’t like it. Recommend another provider. I’m switching as they have lost all customer care qualities.
