I would appreciate if the Bank is just concerned about the well-being of the customers making sure they aren't being taken advanage of. But to pin down a 70-year old woman who has a heart ailmennt just because she was trying to withdraw cash which portion came from money transferred to her from her family was just over reacting. They locked my account and I didn't have access for almost two weeks and after investigaing me or interrrogating me with some personal questions about my life, they decided to close my account just because I said I wanted to keep the money in my house. And my little pension was being deposited to this account. Everywhere and everybody whom I told my story regarding this happening, couldn't believe they did it to me. Very impertinent and over reacting branch manager I have ever seen and encountered. And the Ombudsman was no different from her. I hope you can sleep with what you did ot me. I've been your customer for almost 14 years and this is what you did. But I'm happy I'm away from you now and I won't have any more stress coming from your maltreatment. And look they have to trace the payment I made last March 24 to RBC mastercard and nobody is helping
