I am ( better to say was) a loyal customer of Talbot at Bayview village centre and I really like the design of outfits at Talbot, however, because of the poor and unprofessional manner of some of staff, there is no longer I have the desire to enter the store! Today was maybe the forth or fifth time this happens, a lady was helping me with style of a dress and another staff with reddish hair, a bit chubby ( she is usually at store!) just jumped in to our conversation aggressively and took my helper away and asked for something else to help another customer who was looking for sth, she did not even ask or apologized me for her behaviour! Another case,, I asked for help in size, the other lady comeback quickly without looking at sizes and told me "I do not think it would fit you though"! Overall, except for very few nice staff there, I found the rest of retail staff unprofessional in servicing customers and similar experiences,, not willing to go this store anymore even though is close to my location! Will go to Bloor branch which is closer to my university in future purchases!
