I was very excited when Sephora opened in the Bayview village. Since the opening, I have been in the store twice. Both times, the female staff who served me were in a rush to finish with me and go to another client or go for a break!! This was nothing like the attention I get at the Shoppers in the mall. I am wondering if they are short-staffed. They both missed friendliness and maturity.
