On August 12th I had to return a pair of New Balance running shoes because they were too small to accommodate a pair of orthotics. The salesman's name was Geoffrey and I have to commend him on his exceptional knowledge of the product line and professional manner. I now have a replacement pair of running shoes which are extremely comfortable thanks to him. The size is a whole size larger than I would normally take. Valerie Hull
