I was NOT told about their no return policy at checkout. Only when I got home to check the receipt did I realize they only offers exchanges. This policy needs to be clearly stated to the customer. When I phoned to complain, the rep said “Oh there is a sign on the door and at check out”. Who looks at the desk? The rep was so busy talking to me about Celine Dion I never looked down to look for return policy. Terrible service!

As I was trying on clothes, i asked for a chair for my sister who was using a cane due to an injury. The young woman serving me was helpful and brought a chair out. Another store employee rudely said she needed the chair, so my sister left the store to find a seat. When I came out of the fitting room, I found a toddler sitting on the chair. When I asked why they wouldn’t let my sister have a chair but the toddler could, the store employee rudely said she didn’t know who the chair was for, turned around and walked away. I’ve previously purchased many clothes at this store but not anymore. I will not reward bad behaviour.
