Your telephone answering is ABSOLUTELY NONSENSICAL because no one answers and we keep pushing buttons to try and get a live person to speak with but it goes from Press 1, Press 2, Press 3 and so forth as if everybody has died in the process. DO YOU HAVE A MANAGER THERE WHO CAN ANSWER THE PHONE OR SOMEONE WHO IS ACTUALLY BREATHING AND ALIVE?

On Saturday Dec 1st, when I got home and checked my items purchased I was missing a book I purchased as a gift. I tried to call the store and no one was answering the phone. I waited on the phone for15 mins then I tried again trying to get someone in Electronics, Photos to answer. Then I tried Pharmacy, after about 4 mins someone answered the phone. When I explained my issue she transferred me to Customer Service which I had first tried. I do not drive and it costs $14.00 one way to my home from Walmart. I cannot go back today, Saturday nor Sunday Dec 2nd. I can only go back on Monday Dec 3rd. I wanted them to check with the cashier if she still had the book and then ask them to hold it for me until Monday Dec 3rd when I can go to the store to pick it up. I have had the time to type this and I am still waiting for someone to answer the phone after 30 minutes of waiting. They should not post telephone numbers to use if you require information or help if they have no intention of answering the phone. I hope they still have the book on Monday in lost and found as it was the last one they had. A simple answer on the phone, check it out and reply would of been so much easier. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD HERE.
