I just bought a washer/dryer in store open box and was sold with warranty but was not explained to that if a customer installs this on their own, then it can void the warranty. Second, there was no mention of hoses needed for the install. Brick is about to deliver this product and even I won't be able to install it as it won't have the hoses for the install. This is a very unfair sale to me as a customer. Also no refunds! Tell customers this

I bought several furniture from the brick store on weston and 401,my 3 beds I bought broke within months of purchase,under warranty I decided to return the beds,i was told they would send independent contractors out to inspect the beds which they did after inspection they said they ordered parts for the beds barely 3months old to be fixed,d contractor came in agsin and said the beds could not be fixed at this point i went into store and was given an option to reorder a new bed as refund was not an option on getting there i orderd a bed which was to be deliverd,on d day if delivery the delivery guy refused to deliver d bed stating I had taken the old bed and left it outside,the bed was just taken out prior to the delivery guys arrival after I got his call that they were on their way to deliver,he refusedto pick up d old bed or deliver the new one and now I'm stuck with furniture I cant use and money I paid for nothing,called the store and was told they cannot do anything cos I left d bed outside.do not buy anything from the brick,this particular store is a scam
