Floor staff have attitude, not willing to help or seem particularly knowledgeable. I once brought in a battery to return for core charge and the employee I spoke with said they couldn't accept it because it wasn't a brand they carry. I asked to speak with a manager. He calls his colleague pretending to be manager (he was not the manager) and tells me the same thing. Went to another location, and they took it without any problems. Now with curbside pickup, no one picks up the phone. Waited tonight for 15 minutes and they closed the store - never took my call for pick up. Terrible service.
