After visiting most of the Lindberg dealers in the GTA for over a year. I was extremely fortunate to find Monica at Zoom Optical. Monica is clearly the leading expert in Lindberg frames in the GTA. She was the only optician who knew and could execute the different design options available on the Lindberg frame. She also provided excellent aesthetic advice for me after taking the time to understand my personal style. Monica was incredibly patient and flexible when complications arose from my particular preference in terms of working out special arrangements with the dealer and she was consistently professional and very personable throughout, including post-sale minor adjustments. As glasses are such an essential part of every day personal and professional working life, I was glad to feel confident in Monica’s exceptional and timely optical services. Zoom Optical is highly recommended!
