A&W is usually one of the places we enjoy eating. Our visit on Sept 19, 2018 wasnt' the greatest. We've ordered the Uncle Burger Combo and Mama Burger and Fries. The time we went it wasn't busy. Our burgers were lukewarm and also was our fries, so I went back with the fries only eventhough I wasn't satisfied with the burgers being lukewarm. Well the other fries given to me were not any better, so ended up eating a few and got rid of the others. Very disappointed with the service we had that day, keeping your customers happy ends up in them returning for other visits.
