I called to make an appointment and I was asked “what I wanted” so I said to book an appointment for a massage. I was then asked if I was a new client. I said I was a new client and I had never been there before. She then proceeded by saying she did not want to do business with me, that she was not available and hung up on me before I had the chance to say anything. Very unprofessional and rude especially for a business owner.
