My order was "a medium icecap with a shot of vanilla" when my drink was handed to me it was darker than chocolate milk. I frequent Tim Horton's and I am very familiar with what the icecap I always order looks like. It is supposed to be slightly lighter than the standard and the one given to me was dark. I also tried my drink and it was awful as well as nowhere close to what it's supposed to be. I pointed out they made an error and they argued they made it correctly and wasn't until the point where I told them that it didn't even taste correct until they offered to make another one. I now have a second icecap made the exact same as my first one. I reminded them what my order was prior to the retry and yet again they failed to make what I ordered. I once again informed them the icecap was not made correctly and they argued that its supposed to look as it is. Once again this is the standard thing I order, I know what it looks like, I know what it tastes like. The one they made was clearly incorrect and tasted awful. I couldn't stand it to the point where I threw out the drinks. It is clear they have no idea how to make it and I will never attend this Tim Horton's again.
