I gave them a pair of pants which i wanted to be fitted more on the legs. I was first told they should be taken in on one side only but when I felt that was not the proper way to alter them, the price changed for the proper way. When I came in to discuss the problem (measurement should have been done properly and certainly the price should not have been changed after the original price was quoted), the owner was rude, arrogant and ordered me to find someone else. Of course, I will never go there again and I will never recommend them to anyone I know. There are a lot of competitors out there and all customers should be treated with civility.
