I have been committed to this store for almost two years now and I found that this store gives a really good environment to shop due to the staff members that are always so willingly to help you. I had found no issue previously, but recently they replaced the manager with a new one (A Blonde Woman). The previous manager was very warm-hearted and would treat you with full respect. He always greeted you and always ensured that you are treated with kindness, which is how a customer should feel every time. However, every time I walk in the store now, this new manager does not give a welcoming appeal. She does not greet you and will only occasionally ask if you need help with anything. Additionally, this woman has the audacity to stand in front of me with her phone out. This truly makes me feel that her first priority at times isn't the customer, which is very displeasing. Being a manager, she should know that it is unprofessional to be on your phone in front of customers. She gives me an unpleasant vibe with that negative attitude of hers by not welcoming me. She doesn't have the amount of decency to act professional in front of customers, which makes her lack prioritization skills. These truly makes me want to go to any showcase store besides the store in Promenade. I am very disappointed with the new change that happened to the store manager.
