Very bad shopping experience. Even with ridiculously high prices, they have the totally archaic store policy of 'exchange only'. I chalk it up to greedy out-of-touch ownership with no idea what quality customer service looks like. The store manager Danny uses slime-ball sales tactics that deliberately mislead and are totally backed by the owner Maurice. No integrity and no class. Will never shop at this store again.
