Hello. Yesterday, August 14 I ordered a regular coffee in Tim Horton in Promenade mall. I faced with some bad points: 1. Customer line was not busy but the front cash didn’t work well and it seems she didn’t want to ask orders nice. 2. I ordered for a regular coffee but at the end I didn’t get that! They gave me a black one and when I found out, I was far from the shop to go back and ask another one.3. Another person in front cash who had to serve orders, wasn’t caring to customers and he prepared orders with delay!!! I’m not satisfied with this store.
