A few days ago I went to Promenade to see a specific store. On the way to that store I saw Shumaker Store. Looking in the window I did see something I was interested to see and try. I went inside and the nice lady Sarah was more them helpful to help me and let me try a few shoes. The shoes I decided to buy were the right ones for me. Sarah advised me that for that kind of shoes I should buy water repellant spray/solution. Due to her advice I also bought the repellant spray. I was very happy with the way she conducted our business, very professional, with a smile on her face and no pressure what so ever. People like Sarah retains customers and brings more in which is very important for every business ,in special these days due to the pandemic. Even though this store is not a big one comparing with some other ones in the same mall I definitely recommend this store to any person looking for shoes at a reasonable price, quality and choice. To Sarah keep up the good work and try to stay safe and healthy as much as possible. Thanks Michael
