Someone stepped on my glasses and I walked into LensCrafters at Promenade Mall. Was greeted professionally by Sean. I explained what happened and told him I didn’t get my glasses there. Alan took over and fixed my glasses. Excellent, outstanding service! I love that I could donate $10 to charity. Tal, these two are keepers! Next glasses will be at LensCrafters
