Too bad the rating does not go below 1 star... The customer service in this store is just terrible to say the very least! I came in there just a few days ago to return a skirt I did not want as I ended up buying another outfit for my mother's 55th birthday bash... the original purchase was in yorkdale, but I decided I need to go a size down, so I came to this location the following day and exchanged to size 0, the cashier at the time wrote "exchange" and stapled the two reciepts together... when I came back to the promenade location to return the item..they said I cannot do it because it says "exchange only" and they ahve to honor what is on the receipt.... during this whole back and forth one of the girls there misplaced my receipt and they basically forced to look for another item and purchase something despite the fact that I had every right to get a full refund within 30 days on an item that was original price.. no discounts... tags are on.. etc... the store Manager who looked like she was about 12.. could care less about assisting me and was looking for "plastic tags"...when there was a distraught customer (me) right infront of her she decided to let her cashier deal with the situation .... on top of that .. they find it appropriate to shout "Yo" to each other across the store...long story short i got tired of dealing with snaughty little girls ... who still did not find my receipt ... left and went to the yorkdale location who were more than accomodating and i got my money back/full refund within 2 minutes of being there...i will never go back to this store location, you have ppl working there who cannot read the difference between "exchange" and "exchange only" on the receipt.
