I come here on a regular basis to pay my phone bills, as it is near my home. The shortest amount I have to wait is usually 20 minutes, which I dont mind, but the last time I went I stood for 40 minutes while 2 fido representatives were serving 1 customer each, one guy was on the phone on hold just standing there not even bother with the ever increasing line up and the "manager was sharing life stories which some elderly gentleman" I don't understand how people can be so careless, avoid this store if you have a quick question or task, it will take up more than half an hour
