Grey haired owner refused to serve me THREE different times. Claims he was on a 15 min lunch and come back in a half hour. Came back 45 mins late and he says he had an emergency and had to close. Few weeks later,I w as soon as i touched something he told me he was closing. He was rude, unwelcoming and definitely did not want any business from me. My family and I were shopping at the stores near by, he came out of his store and stared angrily.

Older grey haired male is absolutely miserable and his behaviour is disgusting. Waited an hour for him to let us in while he was on a “10 min lunch”, when we finally went in he was so rude. Never have I had a worse experience. 0/10 rating. Save yourself a trip, never again.

Short Grey/ silver haired man..has absolutely no business working in a retail environment. 1 word cones mind sorry 2 ...asshole & dickhead. Follows you around, not allowed to touch or try on. All sales final. Why would you either has a fashion store or hire this type of person. I tried to call the store & they don't even have a.phone # that works. Mall should just close it down

We were there today looking for evening dresses for special occasion. This store is extremely unfriendly. The grey hair male staff ( likely be the owner) was very rude. He would not let customers try on clothes at all, customer not allowed to browse freely . He expects you to buy though, if it does not fit after purchase, it is exchange only. He has a big attitude towards customers. This is the worst experience we have ever had. We left.
