I have purchased both shoes and a purse from here.. the store owner is more interested in making a sale rather than customer satisfaction. I was sold cheap shoes from China which were advertised as a “big European” brand name - they broke down almost immediately after purchasing and when I went to the store to asked them to explain why what happened to my shoes happened they were very rude as if they no longer cared about my customer satisfaction as I had already made a purchase with them. Same goes for my purse it was a gift for a friend and it lasted about a week and then started falling apart. Do not recommend this store very poor service and poor quality items!

This was my first time in here. Boxing day prices were amazing, and Sam the owner was very patient and helpful. Could even be a bit more variety of sizes. Suggested a loyalty program to keep customers coming back. Thank you for your help Sam and I will definitely be coming back.
