To whom it may concern, This is to let you know that I am a client/customer of yours for literally decades. I needed help with my Bellnet email. Help dealing with password, with set up, with installation on my phone, etc. When I went to visit your store at your Promenade location in Thornhill, Ontario I was looked after by Sam Fani, the store manager. This young man, was knowledgeable, patient, sympathetic to my issue, to my “ignorance” in not being able to figure it out. He took his time, made phone calls to tech support, explained to me what to do. He really went out of his way and even stayed after hours, after his shift finished, way after just to help me. I have never dealt with anybody at Bell whose customer service skills and caring were this great. And yes, most of the dealings I have had over the past 30 years have been good, and your employees very nice over all. But this gentleman, Sam Fani, is something else, going as I call it “beyond the call of duty”.
