I have had occassion to visit the Fido Store at the South Ridge Mall to have a phone unlocked and the SIM csrd put into replacement phone and I am about to do it again with a newer phone I bought. The sales clerk was very patient and helpful to us and made viable suggestions as to the long distance ect so we are going there again for the service we have recieved in the past. Very good service and great with customers. Well Done Fido !
