they are a scam, they sell you phone that do not work and then switch them for a cheaper phone you end up paying $300 for a $140 phone. They are dishonest go anywhere but there. If there was a minus star I would give it

I bought a phone I was told was new out of the box.on bill of sale I was told it said no refunds but not posted in store and not told verbally. Only saw it on bill after purchase went through. Try to set up phone and discover home screen locked on prior owners service provider! I was sold a used phone. I return to store less than 24 hrs later and told no refund. I tell them you sold me a used phone you said was new out of the box. Deceitful & bad

they use cheap replacement screens, not even screens from the actual manufacture, very cheap quality
