I'm on my 3rd pair of glasses from LenseCrafter in Sudbury and always have excellent service. The girls and Shwan are always smiling when they see you come in and remember who you are. My last pair of glasses I had trouble with them seeing clearly and felt so bad complaining about them but Shawn was so patient with me and was going out of his way to try and fix the problem which he did. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great Custsomer Service

Nancy was awesome from the time I called. Till I walked out the door with my glasses she was polite friendly great with customer service and pretty what else can you ask for 5 stars
