PORTING A PHONE FROM ANOTHER CARRIER | by Brenda on Jul 05, 2023
Called Bell 800 number to add a phone from another carrier. The 800 service was great for set up. SIMS card was to be delivered to the New Sudbury Shopping CTR location. Rec'd email that it was backordered. Call them to get ETA spoke with 4 people no help until the fifth caller told me to go to the store to resolve. Mgr got through 3 people & 1.5 hours. No help Gary fixed with new order and it took 1/2hr to complete. Lesson go to store 4service

We recently visited this location and were taken care of by Gary. We received the best customer service in years and would highly recommend him and this store. Being seniors, we are not as savy with cell phones as a lot of people - Gary made the entire process totally painless.
